Glynn Barton is the perfect setting for young families who want a relaxing child friendly holiday in breathtaking surroundings. There is plenty to do here for all the family, all year round, from feeding the animals, or simply relaxing by the pool while your children enjoy splashing around.
Steve and Shirley have also invested in a new children's play area, a maze for those sunny evenings and improved the animal feeding areas. |

Ice Skating at The Eden Project
The Eden Project's ice rink is open from October through to February and is a magical setting for all the family! Whether you’re a professional skater or even if you’ve never seen ice before, Eden's magical ice rink is the perfect place to hone your skills. As well as general skate sessions there are special sessions for different abilities and ages, including Parent and Toddler sessions, Chilly Penguins and Superskate. They even offer skating lessons! Skate slots book fast so we recommend booking in advance via the Eden Project's own website.
Parent and toddler ice-play sessions
Special ice-play sessions for the under 6s, with plenty of toys to play with. The sessions last an hour and a half, or an hour and 15 minutes, and children must be accompanied by an adult (at least one adult per two children). Please note that on Sundays, when these sessions start at 9am, the Eden gates will open at 8.30am.
Chilly Penguins sessions
Skating sessions for 6-12 yr olds with races and games for experienced skaters and fun with penguin skating aids and tips from our instructors for beginners.
